Giftwrapped by Oberoi is valid for use at Oberoi Hotels in India only and can be purchased using Credit Cards / Debit Cards issued by banks in India. e-Gift Card will be delivered instantly to receiver’s email address shared at the time of purchase
- Oberoi Hotels & Resorts e-Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited.
- The e-Gift Card can be purchased for variable denomination ranging between minimum value of Rs. 5000 and maximum Rs. 50,000 on Oberoi Hotels & Resorts website or from Oberoi Corporate.
- The e-Gift Card mail has to be presented at the time of availing a service at the participating hotel.
- Multiple transactions can be performed on an e-Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted.
- For redemption of e-Gift Card one time password will be sent to receiver’s mobile number shared at the time of purchase of the e-Gift Card.
- The e-Gift Card may be used only at participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India.
- The e-Gift Card balance must be used within one year of the date of issue.
- Any unused balance will expire after one year from the date of issue.
- The e-Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
- This e-Gift Card is cash equivalent. Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts or their affiliates are not responsible if this e-Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
- No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against e-Gift Card.
- The e-Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
- Any dispute shall be referred to Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the decision of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts will be final.
- Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
- Oberoi Hotels & Resorts reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
